ADMIN & FINANCE OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond and assist with employee relations question under the guidance of MD
  • Daily attendances checking & recording
  • Purchase and Supply office equipment and stationary
  • Calculate and keep time consumption and timesheet
  • Check and support the company’s culture and regulations
  • Screening short-listed candidates for new recruitment & Recruit full time and part-time staff
  • Make orientation to new staffs
  • Develop and sign staff contract, visiting card, ID card, and uniform
  • Record monthly stock list
  • Develop and evaluate 360 appraisals for 4 months per year
  • Arrange monthly electricity and internet bill
  • Arrange staff leave records, meal allowance, transportation charges, and travel allowance
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for projects
  • Staff evaluation per month
  • Prepare weekly information to the top management team, weekly plan and monthly report
  • Prepare required letters for company announcement & keep financial documents and records
