Thi Mar Win (Mrs) founded myanSEED Co.,Ltd in 2018 and she has more than 15 years of experience in the agricultural sector in Myanmar, of which the last 10 years as an independent consultant. She has vast experience in project formulation, performing value chain and market analyses, agricultural market linkage activities as well as project impact evaluations.
Thi Mar has worked for more than 60 projects managed by public, private and not- for profit organizations.
Thi Mar Win holds a MSc in Agricultural and Environmental Economics of Kyushu University in Japan.

Thein Thein Aung (Ms) has more than 35 years engagement in the agricultural sector development activities in different roles. She has experiences working with GOs, Semi-GOs, LNGOs and INGOs, contributing for project formulation and design, project implementation and management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building of staffs, networking partners and local communities in the areas of food security, humanitarian, livelihoods, agricultural value chain and market systems development, business linkages, women economic development, etc.
She holds B.Ag Degree in 1983 and MBA in 2004.She joined myanSEED since 2019 and performed various value chain studies, project development and evaluations as a Lead Consultant.
